Great views up and down the coast, plus the historic town of Berwick upon Tweed is shown to its best advantage. Go to the Loo before you have a walk, there are no toilets on the Ramparts unless you come off the Ramparts at the big carpark at B&M super store. Stopping off at the old town barracks, which is situated alongside the Ramparts is well worth the time and effort, it has a souvenir shop, also ice-cream and tea/coffee and a Loo!.
