I recently had a New Patient Consultation, something which I had never experienced on the NHS. I felt in very safe hands at Berwick Smile Dental Care. The consultation was an hour thorough examination of my teeth and mouth, including my neck and jaw muscles, and x rays were also taken. It was a pleasant experience with Indra explaining each step of the process. It is good to know that I can start a monthly payment maintenance plan with this practice to prevent me having any oral issues in the future. The staff are brilliant and I would definitely return to have treatment.
All staff, whether treating me or not, were very welcoming, friendly and caring.The dentist was very clear in giving information and offering advice.
Not a customer but had to find a dentist to replace an implant crown for me. Got appt very quickly but absolutely horrified at the cost. Not sure how anyone can justify 147 to cement a crown back in. Seemed nice enough but no way I can afford to go back
I have had a serious amount of dental work done at Berwick Smile over a 10 month period,6 implants,2 bone grafts,1 bridge ect and the amazing thing is my teeth/mouth feel so comfortable & natural.one year on I went back to my old NHS dentist to show him the work he was very impressed. What can I say but thank you very much to all at Berwick Smile lovey people doing a very professional job.
The staff here are amazing!! Put you at ease and make you feel special. I had lip fillers done and I couldnt be happier with the result. The staff, especially Erin, talk you through every minute of the procedure and the after care is fab.I will definately be back!!!
