Super tasty- my favourite chippy in Berwick by far. Recommend their fish and chips, such generous portion sizes!

If you visiting or live local and fancy the chippy tea you would be hard pushed to find a better local chipppy than this one. We used it several times during our stay as it was close to where we were staying and was quick and easy after a busy day. Must be popular as there was always a lot of people in and out. We never had to wait long for our order and we found the quality of food to be of a high standard. We saw a couple of vans belonging to the shop outside say I think they also deliver.
Sorry to leave a bad review but we stopped by a few days ago as the chippy looks good from the outside but upon ordering we were met with a poor customer service and miserable to boot. When we got to eat the food we found that the chips were stale and not what a good chippy should sell. The fish was rubbery and totally over cooked or, I suspect, reheated as were the chips. For a seaside chippy it's not good enough. Goes without saying we will never go there again
Stopped in randomly for my dinner. Got 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. It was brilliant. Friendly service, brilliant prices and good all round chippy. Defo go back!!!
