Visited because iPhone stopped working for the third time in a month. Fault verified and new phone provided, setup and a happy ending however three faults on an expensive phone in one month not acceptable. The staff were understanding and pleasant.
Had my online upgrade delivered to this shop for me to collect on 10th August. The girl that served me was very rude and unhelpful, made me feel like I was a nuisance. I asked her a question about the package and she just huffed and said I don't know what you ordered so it's up to you not me to check. To be fair I couldn't get out of their quick enough!!! Awful customer service and have reported to O2 customer service.

Bit similar to every other o 2 shop. Passed over to young girl who really just couldn't be bothered to advise on anything, presumably as she really had no clue what was on offer. Went online to get answer to questions, quicker, easier and correct results. If this is typical of all O2 stores I really see no reason to keep any pf them open.
