Twice I've brought an animal here and twice I've been let down. I booked an appointment to have a snake euthanized and didn't get a chance to say goodbye before it was done. Pithing is practiced here and is not explained at all to the customer prior to it being done. It wasn't mentioned at all before it was done. They say they have experts in exotics when their "expert" knows less than I do and I'm not trained whatsoever. They will refer you elsewhere for good reason, go to Robson Prescott in Morpeth for your exotic needs far better service and far more compassion! My snakes are like my children not just an animal. What I went through was awful and I don't want anyone else going through the same.
Excellent Vetinarians! Very happy with the levels of care and compassion given to my very sick cat. She is now doing well for which I remain very grateful.
