Excellent site. Peaceful and good base to travel from. Clean toilets. Lots to do and see in area. Fab cafe bus over fence from site. Homemade soup and cakes. Will be back.
Nice place to stay, they managed to squeeze us in even when it was full! Some were moaning about the showers, but if you want to lie in bed until 9am, you're gonna have a cold shower! Facilities were good and with the "no children" policy, it was a very quiet night. Pitches were of a decent size for most campers and level also. Will definitely go back again at some stage
Fabulous small site set in the most tranquil surroundings, not a sound for miles around. Adults only and extremely dog friendly. Facilities are amazing, super friendly and helpful owners.
Fantastic helpful Ian. Who gave us a map to walk to Falkirk wheel. Lovely rural site in middle of nowhere. Cows, sheep and horse to keep you company
I share what others have said ,I have just returned from Chain Bridge Site I chose Adult Only Sites simply to try and get away from screaming kids ,footballs being kicked and bounced around etc etc I have my own Children plus Grandchildren so it is a blessing to get away for some peace and quite ,however Chain Bridge Adult Site defeats the whole object,as others have already mentioned. All weekend we were subjected to Screaming kids, parents shouting to discipline them, and all other aspects of children running around ALL DAY in a playground adjacent to the Site. The owner was lovely but this does not alter the fact that this should not be classed as an Adult Only Tranquil Site so please be warned.
