Friendly staff offered a warm welcome. The food was ok and the bar offers a selection of beers/largers and spirits. Everything required for a cosy evening by the fire.
They try really hard and the staff are lovely. Location and hotel feel a little tired but to have a place to stay in Berwick, it is perfectly reasonable.
We had a fantastic Christmas meal today. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Friendly staff too .
