Great location with views over the Tweed from a very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast and superb service from our very knowledgeable hosts. Uncommon attention to detail made us feel very much at home.
A superb B&B on the banks of the tweed. Looking over the wall in the morning when you get up is really relaxing and sets you up for the day. Really friendly owners who are very knowledgeable and helpful on what to do and where to go. Spacious bedrooms with all the home comforts, a varied selection at breakfast with cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, kippers, toast and a cooked breakfast of your choice. Car parking is at the back of the building down some steps in a courtyard and a permit is required for a 1 as not to get a ticket. Sky TV is on in the bedrooms at no extra cost and ideal if required. Well maintained establishment, comfy beds. We would definitely recommend and will stay here again on our return to the area.

Fantastic location and marvellous hosts. The Tweed room is spacious and comfortable with lovely views over the river. Also they serve one of the best breakfasts we've had in any B&B anywhere!
